A wider engagement with Sanofi focused on launching a new immunisation to protect infants from RSV, at a moment when vaccine hesitancy was at an all-time high. With parents and medical staff navigating a crowded and sensitive immunisation landscape, the challenge was to design an implementation journey that centred clarity and confidence-building. We created a set of communication assets to help parents make informed decisions for their babies, while supporting medical staff with onboarding tools that captured attention and reduced errors later on. Given the importance of this choice, special attention was given to context and accessibility of language via inclusive design principles to make sure parents of all backgrounds were brought into the conversation.
